She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Jackson and Laura Bolenbaugh (Kreischer); her husband George Whitehead; her son Steve Baker; her great grandchild Kyle Borger; her stepgrandson Richard Smith; her stepdaughter Susie Hardin; and her siblings, Margaret, Ethel, Anita, Arlene, Deloyd, John, Roy, Alan, Bill and Don.
She is survived by: her children, Pat Baker (Ellie), Pam Baker, Celina and Jeff Baker; and her daughter-in-law Bonnie Baker. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and 5 great great-grandchildren.
