With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Margaret Bernard-Wenning of Coldwater, Ohio, who passed away on November 5, 2020 at the age of 103. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Barton and Elizabeth Barton (Mathieu); and her parents-in-law, Cletus Barton (Velma), Bernard Barton, Lucille Monnin (Alfred), Wilmer Barton (Lucille), Catherine Dapore (Leonard), Lester Barton (Viola), Loretta Riddle, Joe Barton, Marie Francis, Cletus Bernard (Regina), Lester Bernard (Sylvia), Louis Bernard (Jeanice), Evelyn Wint-Kaucher, Joe Wint, Ben Kaucher, Lillian Dues (Norb), Francis Wenning (Linda), Paul Wenning and Lucille Ontrop (Jim).

She is survived by: her daughters, Mary Jane Freeman (Dennis) of Coldwater and Shirley Steinke (Jesse) of Coldwater; her stepchildren, Leslie Wenning (Patricia), Cheryl Muhlenkamp (Cy), Nicholas Wenning (Charlene), Carol Rosenbeck (Thomas), Roger Wenning (Cheryl), Madonna Guggenbiller (John) and David Wenning; and her parents-in-law, Eloise Barton of Greenville, Carl Francis of Greenville and Cam Wenning of St. Henry. She is also survived by 20 step grandchildren and 32 step great grandchildren.
