Lois A. Hemmelgarn Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lois A. Hemmelgarn (Coldwater, Ohio), born in Montezuma, Ohio, who passed away on December 9, 2020 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Rudolph Dorsten and Olive Dorsten (Schwieterman); her brother Clyde Dorsten of Xenia; her son Martin Hemmelgarn; and her parents-in-law, Carl Dorsten (Marcella), Gerald Dorsten, Othmar Dorsten (Sally), Bob Dorsten (Virginia), Ermal Dorsten, Harold Dorsten, Cyril Dorsten, Rosie Dorsten and Shirley Hemmelgarn.
She is survived by: her husband Floyd J. Hemmelgarn; her sons, Larry Hemmelgarn C. and Rick Hemmelgarn (Donna) of Philothea; her granddaughter Amy Welling (Kevin) of Philothea; her great grandchildren, Josie, Carly, Paisley, Avery Welling, Theo and Rowan Hemmelgarn; her siblings-in-law, Joyce Dorsten of Inverness, Florida, Betty Jutte (Auggie) of St Henry and Jerry Hemmelgarn of Kent; and her close friend Louie Stahl of St. Henry. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
