He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Bruggeman and Eleanora Bruggeman (Hausfeld); and his siblings, Eugene, Carl Bruggeman, Edna Powers and Margaret Velez.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Jo Bruggeman (Cox); his children, Susan Williams (Ted), Leslie Bruggeman, Michael Bruggeman (Julie Penrod), Terry Riesen and Elaine Bruggeman; his grandchildren, Luke Swygart (Taylor), Joshua Riesen, Jessica Riesen and Jack Riesen; and his brothers, Robert Bruggeman of McCormick, SC and Thomas Bruggeman.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, all services will be private.
