He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Sr. Kettlewell and Faris Lucille Kettlewell (Johnson); his brother William Kettlewell (Billy); and the mother of his children Peggy Kettlewell. He is survived by: his wife Pam Ganser (Lee); his children, Peggy, Jesus Jimenez and Kenny Kettlewell Jr.; his stepchildren, Courtney, Alfredo Sanchez, Charles and Jessica Ganser; and his parents-in-law, Michael, Juanita Johnson, Willard Kettlewell Jr. (Red), Joe, Peggy Kettlewell, Bob, Jan Kettlewell, Betty Molock, Mary Kettlewell, Darlene Kettlewell and Maggie Kettlewell. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; siblings.
