He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael A. Amato and Frances A. Amato (Papania); and his parents-in-law, Mary Klenke (Ralph), Charles Froning Jr. and Harold Carr.
He is survived by: his wife Audrey A. (Froning); his children, Lisa Ann Buschur (Ronald) of Irvine, CA and Anthony Michael Amato (Amy) of St. Charles, MO; his grandchildren, Dr. Lynsey Tarrant (Mark), Ryan Buschur, Brittany Bradley, Gina and Alayna Amato; his great grandchildren, Ava Tarrant and Charlotte Amato Owen; and his parents-in-law, Jerry Amato (Rosemarie) of Celina, Dr. Mike Amato (Claire) of Arizona, Carole Carr of Coldwater and Delores Froning of St. Henry.
The family would like to receive friends but due to COVID-19 concerns a private service will be held at the Hogenkamp Funeral home in Coldwater.
