He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Schoenlein and Victoria Schoenlein (Broerman); his brother Ron Schoenlein; his in-laws, Connie Schoenlein, Larry Dale Seibert and Darrel Seibert; and his father-in-law Larry Lee Seibert.
He is survived by: his children, Ashley (Rob Stachler), Holly (Clayton Roffey), Kellie (Will Yenrick), Nicholas (Kelly Schoenlein), Scott (Cathy Schoenlein) and Megan Schoenlein of Maria Stein; his grandchildren, Eli, Paige, Grady, Tate Stachler, Sullivan Roffey, Mollie, Cole, Jack Yenrick, Leah, Allen Schoenlein and Zella Schoenlein; his siblings, Paul, Phyllis Schoenlein, Barb, Bill Ahrens, Connie, Ted Schmitmeyer, Judy Schoenlein, Betty, Bob Broering, Tom, Helen Schoenlein, Tony Schoenlein, Mary, Ken Larger and Linda Schoenlein; his mother-in-law Peggy Wheeler; and his in-laws, Terry, Darla Seibert, Kerry, Jim Hunter, Barry, Trisha Wheeler, Denise, Mike Bowling and Karen Seibert.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home (221 E Main St, St Henry, OH 45883). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 10:30 AM at the St. Rose Catholic Church.
