She was predeceased by: her sons, Gary Bruns, Steven Bruns and Douglas Bruns; her siblings, Margie Nolan and Don Gehle; and her parents-in-law, Ivo Bruns (Jean), Marita Elking (Ed), Ralph Bruns and Joannie Bruns.
She is survived by: her husband Donald F. Bruns; her children, Deborah Bruns (Mike) of Celina, Rebecca Harman (Kevin) of Versailles and David Bruns (Bonnie) of Philothea; her sister Vera Bills (Walt) of Virginia; and her parents-in-law, James Nolan of Ft. Wayne, Judy Gehle of New Bremen, Roselyn Bruns of St. Henry, Lester Bruns of St. Henry and Dorothy Bills (Dennis) of St. Henry. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren; 50+ great-grandchildren.
In Lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Mercer County Council on Aging.
