She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Remaklus and Marie Remaklus (Wagner); her sister Nancy LeBlanc; her parents-in-law, Richard and Lillian Forsthoefel; and her sister-in-law Mary Duane Wint (Bill).
She is survived by: her husband Robert Forsthoefel; her sons, Brad Forsthoefel (Jill) of Cincinnati, Chad Forsthoefel (Lisa) of Cincinnati and Thad Forsthoefel (Kari) of Coldwater; her grandchildren, Lydia, Nathan, Monica, Matthew, Andrew, Evan, Ava, Kenna, Kohen and Kaila; her brother John Remaklus of Denver, CO; and her brothers-in-law, Joe LeBlanc of Beavercreek and Raleigh Forsthoefel (Margie) of Celina.
