She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Boltz and Elizabeth Boltz (Moeller); and her siblings, Louis Boltz, Willam Boltz, Harry Boltz and Esther Boltz.
She is survived by: her children, Becky Ernst (Leon) of Coldwater and Daniel Boltz (Kim) of Celina; her grandson Eric; and her children, Melissa, Hannah and Hunter.
