She was predeceased by: her parents, Gebhard E. Schmit and Frances Schmit (Nussman); and her parents-in-law, Mary Jean Schmit, Lavern, Charline Schmit, Donald, Agnes Schmit, Ralph, Rosemary Schmit, Richard Schmit and Richard Perkins.

She is survived by: her sister Lillian Perkins of Coldwater. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
