He was predeceased by: his parents, Steven Evers and Agnes Evers (Fiely); and his parents-in-law, Norma, Paul Wenning, Melvin Evers, Ernest Wenning and George "Cyril" Delzeith.
He is survived by: his wife Ann Evers (Rinderle); his children, David (Julie Evers), Donald (Marie Evers), Maria Stein, Daniel (Laura Evers), Kathleen (Michael Trejo) and Tony (Mary Evers); and his parents-in-law, Rogene Evers of St. Marys, Joan Wenning of New Bremen, Eileen Delzeith of Coldwater and Mary Evers of Ft. Recovery. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, and siblings.
