He is survived by: his parents, Shirley Crouch (Rose) and Jack Franck; his daughter Erica Franck of Celina; and his siblings, Tina Heiser (Jamie) of Salamonia, IN and Shawn Franck (Jennifer) of Celina. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
