She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Fortkamp and Mary Fortkamp (Homan); her husband Richard Poling; her children, Kenneth Michael Poling and Rebecca Arling; and her in-laws, Cy, Mary Ann Fortkamp, Rita, Jim Zehringer, Rosie, Bud May, Vince, Jean Fortkamp, Henry, Arlene Fortkamp, Alice, Gene Steinke, Ralph Fortkamp, Robert, Donna Jean Thomas, Walt and Sharon Poling.
She is survived by: her children, Steve (Teresa Poling), Karen (Ken Davis), Kevin (Theresa Poling), Mary Beth (Steve Rosenbeck) and Melissa (Mike Stucke); her son-in-law Frank Arling (Lois Siefring) of Osgood; and her brother Lavern (Elaine Fortkamp). She is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren.
