It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Annella C. Franzer of Coldwater, Ohio, born in Maria Stein, Ohio, who passed away on April 10, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Prenger and Regina Prenger (Mescher); her husband Bernard Franzer; her son-in-law Don Ahrens; her granddaughter Kirsten Schlarman; her granddaughter-in-law Jenna Albers; her great grandchildren, Veda and Gabriel Albers; and her siblings, Lee (Edna Prenger), Greg Prenger, Don Prenger, Helen (Greg Buening), Art Prenger, Herbert Prenger, Alvin (Ann Prenger), Laurina (Richard Poeppelman), Katherine Prenger, Leander (Alvina Franzer), Roman (Letty Franzer), Mary (Tony Guggenbiller), Carl (Marian Franzer), Esther (Werner Jutte), Mildred (Jerome Wente) and Mark Knapke.
She is survived by: her children, Mike (Pat Franzer), Marlene (Joe Overman), Shirley (Roger Albers), Mary Lou (Roger Homan), Bill (Sandy Franzer), Alice Ahrens of Celina, Sharon Franzer of Coldwater, Lois (Ted Lyons) and Amy (Jerry Schlarman); and her siblings-in-law, Hilda, Ben Schwieterman of Ft. Recovery, Luella Prenger of Coldwater, Mary Prenger of Coldwater, Rody Prenger of Chickasaw and Norma Knapke of Cranberry Prairie.
