He is survived by: his wife Mary Lee Garrett (Hamrick); his pet Mac; his daughter Sandra Jean Nichols of Spencer; his grandchildren, Austin, Jake and Allie; his son Billy Jo Garrett (Sarah) of Good Hope; his grandson Donovon; his great grandchild Crystal Linger (Stormy); his grandchildren, Miguel, Leigha, Zoe and Andrew of Buckhannon; and his sisters, Catherine Morgan and Alberta Randolph (Mike) of Spencer.
