He was predeceased by: his parents, George H. Steele and Olive H. Frisby Steele; his siblings, Juanita, Rodney and Roger Steele; and his niece Tina Steele.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Roger Dean Steele, Kinda Sue Brown, Donald Tyson Conger, Jensia Rae Steele and Kaylee Skye Cardwell; his friend Donna Enderle; his nephew Harley "Jimmy" Steele; and his friends, Tom Lykins, Lanny Perry Dave, Jamie Pendry, Donna Gray, Annabelle Brown, Ben Sowards and Ronnie Manning.
