He was predeceased by: his father William R. Bocook, Sr.; his brother David Lee Bocook; and his niece Taylor Nicole Bocook. He is survived by: his mother Phyllis Damron Bocook of Coal Grove; his daughter Candice Myers (Nathan) of Hanging Rock; his grandchildren, Shaelyn Myers of Hanging Rock and Lathan Myers of Commercial Point; his brother Greg Bocook (Angie) of Ironton; his nephew Jacob Bocook (Kasey) of Coal Grove; and his nieces, Amanda Craven (John) of Nashville, TN, Ariel O'Neil (Ryan) of Columbus and Alison Roach of Ashland, KY.
