He is survived by: his children, Teddy Conley, Jr. of Batavia, OH and Tammy Parsley of Coal Grove, OH; and his siblings, Mary Riggles of Summerset, KY and Charlie Conley of South Point, OH. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and 14 great great grandchildren.
