She was predeceased by: her parents, Marjorie Bowman Scherer and Charles Scherer; and her husband Milton "Sonny" Avery. She is survived by: her children, Larry White, Marjorie Mckee and Lisa Bryant; her stepsons, Sonny Ray Avery, Rusty Avery and Toby Avery; her siblings, Charles "Chuck" Scherer and Margaret Woods (Joe); and her close friends, Bill Davis (Liz), Tony Vallance (Brandie) and Jane Hill. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren.
