She was predeceased by: her mother Joyce Ann Bishop (Adkins); her pet Skittles; and her grandparents, Walter, Madge Adkins, Carl and Virgie Bishop.
She is survived by: her father Ronnie Lee Bishop (Nancy) of Coal Grove; her daughter Keela Stephenson (Bobby) of South Shore, Kentucky.; her grandchildren, Dylan Roberts, Sarah, Katie and Parker Stephenson; her great grandchildren, Leo Roberts, Mason, Matthew Silvas and Sadie Jo Downey; her sisters, Debbie Blevins (Rick) and Renee' Smith (John); her nieces, Deborah Blevins and Nicole Smith (Chris); her nephew Justin Smith (Kellie); and her great-niece Eelyn (Kevin Thornton).
