He is survived by: his wife Mary Sue Kelley (Romine); his daughter Tammy Robinson (Todd) of South Point; his granddaughters, Caitlin Robinson of South Point and Carly Robinson of South Point; and his brother Robert Samuel "Sam" Kelley (Sherry) of Columbus.
