With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phyllis Nichols of Coal Grove, Ohio, born in Ashland, Kentucky, who passed away on September 28, 2022 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Hart and Thelma Hart; her husband Ronald Dials; her former husband Donald Nichols; and her daughters, Jhonda Sue Dials and Rhonda Dials Lakin.
She is survived by: her son Timothy Dials; her stepsons, Jeff, Don, Michael and Mark Nichols; her grandchildren, Emily Monsma (Greg) of Louisville, KY, Chase Nichols (Katie) of Lexington, KY, Corey Nichols (Mary) of Frankfort, KY, Steven Nichols of Pleasant View, TN, Ben Nichols (Nicole) of Palm Harbor, FL, Matt Maher of Atlanta, GA and Brian Nichols of Cleveland, TN.; and her great grandchildren, Hudson, Jessamine Monsma, Emerson Nichols, Isabell Burkybile, Kendall Nichols, Asher and Silas Nichols. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
She was a volunteer for the American Heart Association in Milton, WV and for Community Hospice in Ashland, KY.
