He was predeceased by: his parent Leonard Kellogg. He is survived by: his parent Rita Humphreys Kellogg; his daughter Becki Kellogg of Ashland, KY; his siblings, Dianna O'Leary (Chuck) of Ironton and Brian Kellogg of Ironton; and his nephew Joe O'Leary.
