He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert L. "Pa" Triplett and Victoria "Ma" Triplett; his siblings, Ada Mae Triplett, Robert "Bob" Triplett (Hilda), Mary Dennison (Charlie), William "Bill" Triplett (Louann), John Triplett (Charlotte) and Elizabeth Ann "Tan" Childers; and his nephew Bobby Black.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Sue Triplett (Collins); his daughters, Cindy Triplett Gallagher (Gary), Peggy Triplett, Amanda Simpson (Chuck) of Jacksonville and Savanna Triplett (Tate); his grandchildren, Emily Adkins (Isaac), Victoria Campo (Alex) of Jacksonville, Natalee Barker (Austin), Italee Simpson, Angel Cunningham (Ethan), Corey Newman and Hope Ratcliff; his great grandchildren, Alaina, Chloe Barker, Carter and Meelah of Jacksonville; his brother Charles Triplett (Deloris) of Virginia; and his nieces and nephews, Robert "Bobby" Triplett (Roberta), Lonnie Triplett (Jill), Sharon Dolin (Steve), William "Billy" Triplett (Laura), Johnny Childers (Teresa), Teresa Layne, Tammy Layne (Randy), Gary Triplett, Karen Triplett, Debbie Triplett, Mike Triplett, Jeffrey Triplett and Danny Triplett.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Wallace Family Funeral Home (802 Solida Rd, South Point, OH 45680). A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Community Hospice in honor of Lonnie's compassionate caregivers.
