She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin P. Sarver and Kathleen Wells Sarver; her husband Robert L. Smith; her son Robert L. Smith Jr.; and her brothers, Richard, Butch and Jerry Sarver.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kathy Shea (Tim) of Davenport, FL and Carol Sue Smith of Ironton, OH; her grandchildren, Alan Smith (Kimberly), Johnathan Smith (Tabitha), Steven Krzynowek, Bruce Krzynowek, Joshua Csombok, Boyd Bush (Allyson), Wendi Bush and Joshua Bush; her great grandchildren, Zack, Zoey, Torrie, Aidon and Austin; her great great grandchild Kasen; and her daughter-in-law Leslee Smith (Tammy Wolverton Smith) of Youngstown, OH. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
