She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl L. Kelley and Louise Kelley. She is survived by: her children, Shirley Combs (Clint), Johnny Maynard (Natasha), Irene Stapleton (Logan), Danyell Boothe (Shawn), Carl Maynard, Crystal Donley (Kevin) and Joshua Maynard (Fatina); her granddaughter Susie Willis; and her siblings, Jim Kelley (Kathy), Carl Kelley Jr., Gwendolyn Ghee (Tom) and Lena Kelley. She is also survived by 30 grandchildren, and 11 great grandchildren.
