He was predeceased by: his parents, Meredith Dee and Linda Bloomfield (Fields). He is survived by: his wife Beth Bloomfield (Adkins); his sons, Darin Bloomfield (Caitlin) of Kitts Hill, Devin Bloomfield (Kassidy Travis) of Pedro and Derik Bloomfield of Ironton; his siblings, Christy Martin of Pedro and Scott Bloomfield (Cindy) of Minford; his grandson Layten Bloomfield; and his son Josh Adkins.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Coal Grove Police Department, Coal Grove Fire Department, Coal Grove Athletics and/or Community Hospice Care Center.
