He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald Cotton and Wilma Rideout Lewis; and his brother Alvin Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Jaqueline Riggs Lewis; and his brother Dana Lewis (Amy). He is also survived by 6 children; 11 grandchildren.
