He is survived by: his wife Lena Blevins Clark Conn of Coal Grove; his children, Angie Massie (Ron) of Oak Hill and Billy Conn Jr.; his stepchildren, Julie Rucker of Coal Grove, Christina Bowen of Kitts Hill and Joe Clark (Dianna) of Clifton, Illinois; and his sister Joyce McCloud (Jim) of Ironton. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 9 step grandchildren, 4 great grand children, 11 step great grandchildren and 3 nieces.
