It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Fields of Coal Grove, Ohio, who passed away on October 20, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Betty Fields to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Smith and Sarah Smith (Shonkwiler); her former husband Kenneth Smith; her husband Rev. Thomas Fields; her son Glen Alan Smith; and her siblings, Robert P. Smith, Nettie Fleshman and Patricia McCoy.
She is survived by: her son John F. Smith of Coal Grove, OH; and her brother Dr. James L. Smith of Columbus, OH.
