He is survived by: his parents, James Morgan and Chloe Markins Morgan; his wife Barbara Riggsby Morgan; and his children, Donna Fritz of Flatwoods, Trudy Lancaster (Darrell) of Ironton, Cindy Sparks of Wilmington, N. C., Beth Morgan of Columbia, S. C. and Tim Morgan of Coal Grove. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
