He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Fultz and Magdalen Fultz (Nick); his spouse Shirley Fultz (Tressler); his sisters, Joann Berberick, Joyce Wadams and Sandy Gurney; and his grandson Lucas James.
He is survived by: his children, Dan Fultz (Holly) of Bellevue, Dave Fultz of Constantine, MI, Dean Fultz (Lucy) of Leesville, SC and Deann Fultz of Clyde; his grandchildren, Ian, Barry, Heather, Christopher, Zachary, Willie, Jamie, Sahen and Gideon; and his siblings, Larry Fultz of Clyde, Faye Hunley of Bellevue, Carole Fultz of Bellevue, Mary Jo Ulman (Richard) of Clyde and Linda Hall (Larry) of Clyde. He is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren.
