He was predeceased by: his parents, Phyllis Thoss (Cox) and Lloyd Thoss; his brother Bob Cox; and his aunts and uncles, Marjorie Lippert, Ronnie Dick, Lois Bonnell and David Dick.
He is survived by: his wife Juanita "Needie" Felter; his children, Shawn Thoss (Elizabeth) of Clyde, Brian Thoss (Leslie) of Clyde and Jennifer Thoss of Tiffin; his grandchildren, Briana, Bryce, Megan and Cory; his great grandchildren, Braxton, Zayden, Brodie and Paisley; and his siblings, Richard Cox of Clyde, Linda Roarke of Knoxville and Janet Cook (Rick) of Norwalk.
