She is survived by: her son Wade Cooley (Julie) of Oregon, OH; her siblings, Robert "Bobby" Bartlett (Nancy), Barb Mooney (Rick) of Fremont, OH and Judy Molyett (Richard) of Fremont, OH; her grandchildren, Heather Keller (Justin), Erika Fitzpatrick (Jason) and Brock Cooley (Cassidy); her great grandchildren, Aubree, Elizabeth, Allie and Cash; her stepgrandchildren, Sean Young and Anthony Perry; her significant other Clarence Eversole; and her pet Coco. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
