He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Pannell and Opal Pannell (McCellan); and his wife Juanita "Granny" (Holt). He is survived by: his children, Rick Pannell of Fremont, Judy Kay Gill (Chris) of Florence, AL, Janet Fay Baker (Mike) of Fremont and Janice May Lovelady of Springfield, TN. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild; and his siblings.
