He is survived by: his daughters, Sandra Stanley of Huron, Sheila Buchanan of Bellevue, Linda Sue Yates of Clyde and Crystal Kessler (Larry) of Castalia; his grandchildren, Derrick Yates (Crystal), Greg Blankenship (Keisha), Adam Blankenship (Robyn), Anthony Ellison (Crystal), Josh Mears, Michael Smithson, Taylor Kessler, Alexis Kessler, Larry Kessler and Addyson Kessler; and his siblings, Elzie Yates of Florida, John Henry Yates of Ohio, Jerry Yates of Virginia and Leon Yates of Virginia.
