She is survived by: her spouse Warren H. Kellogg; her children, Thomas Kellogg (Chris) of Port Clinton, Virginia Kellogg of Genoa and Paul Kellogg (Vanessa) of Genoa; her grandchildren, Stacy Thomas (Kevin), April Reeves (Steve), Aaron Amanda Kellogg and Amanda Mooney (Ryan); and her sister Esther Hartley of Virginia.
