He was predeceased by: his wife Rita Price (Ellis); his parents, Argus Price and Mary Price (Yoder); and his siblings, Reba Lockwood (Charles), Betty Everingham (Carl), Twyla Turner (Kenneth) and John Price.
He is survived by: his children, Tamara Binger (Alan) and David Price of Sonoma, CA; his grandsons, Alex Binger (Karley), Ethan Binger (Samantha Schlett) and Garrett Binger; and his great grandchild Lettie Kay Binger. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
