He is survived by: his wife Joan Furniss (Abel); and his children, Steve Furniss (Jayne Repp) of North Ridgeville, OH, Sharon Wade (David) of Clintonville, OH and Elaine Holtz of Louisville, KY. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren.
