He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Bigler, Sr. and Betty Venable (Hogate); his stepfather Raymond Venable, Sr.; and his brothers, Raymond Venable, Jr., William Venable and Norman Venable.
He is survived by: his wife Vickie Bigler; his children, Robert Bigler III (Jasmine) of New Jersey, Brian Bigler of Delaware, Ida Friant of New Jersey, Nichole Ross (Albert) of Clyde, Amanda Wagner of Clyde and Donald Bigler of Clyde; and his siblings, Richard Venable (Linda) of New Jersey, Linda Gannon (Anthony) of New Jersey, Lorraine Phillips of New Jersey and Laura Bravo of Texas. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren.
