He was predeceased by: his parents, Doyle Hatlay and Helen Hatlay (Heishman); his siblings, David Hatlay, Carolyn Fazio and Ruthie Keegan; and his granddaughter Cassandra Young.
He is survived by: his daughter Nettisha Seitz (William); his stepdaughter Mindy Young (Casey Williams); his grandchildren, Adreanna Young, Christian Arden, Charles Teeple III and Madison Arden; his great grandchild Hazel Jane; and his siblings, Gary, James, Robert Hatlay and Terry Curless. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
