He was predeceased by: his parents, Leona Mae (Sparks) and Clarence Albert Noftz; his wife Janet Lee Simco; his brothers, Robert, Darl, Clenton and Don Noftz; and his grandson Jacob H. Young.
He is survived by: his children, Richard "Rick" Noftz of Newark, Randall "Randy" Noftz (Debbie) of Newark and Vickie Perske of Clyde; his grandchildren, Jeremy Noftz, Michelle Noftz, Janet, Chelsey Noftz, Kevin Noftz, Joshua Perske, Jacquelyn Perske (Jon), Jennifer Walton (Zac), Jarrod Young and Shyanne Gray (Daniel); and his siblings, Jerry Noftz of Sandusky and Christie Irick of Bellevue.
Memorials may be made to the church or any veteran's organization or to ovarian cancer.
