He was predeceased by: his mother Marie Fouke; and his brother Herbert Fouke. He is survived by: his wife Lois Hemmer; his children, Rise (Fouke) of Clyde, Richard L. Fouke of Clyde, Susan Fouke of Clyde and Melvin Fouke (Tina) of Clyde; and his grandchildren, Krista, Shae, Melvin, Melissa, Tamra and Samantha.
