He was predeceased by: his sons, Richard Allen Chapman (Amy) and Steven Lynn Chapman; and his siblings, Bob, Ross, Will, Kenny, Gladys Morrison, Betty Travis, Mary Wagenblast and Corabella Chapman.
He is survived by: his wife Joanne Kerlin; his children, Ralph Chapman (Susie), John Chapman (Lolita), Mike Chapman (Jamie), Bill Chapman (Nancy), Diane Stull (Jeff) and Jeanette Cook (Jay); his daughter-in-law Norma Chapman; and his siblings, Paul Chapman, Walter Chapman and Frances Keiffer. He is also survived by Twenty six grandchildren, 74 great grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.
Memorials, in lieu of flowers, may be made to Alzheimer's, Southern Care Hospice or the School of Hope.
