She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Charles Clapp and Dorothy Mae Clapp (Daniels); her husband John J. Meyer; and her siblings, William Clapp, Bernadine "Bea" Riegel, Phillip Clapp and Robert Wesley Clapp.
She is survived by: her children, Theresa "Tess" Futrell (Jim) of Dayton, OH, Esther Futrell (Tom) of Archdale, NC and Nathan Meyer (Suzanne) of Kernersville, NC; her sister Jeanette Hansen of Clyde, OH; her grandchildren, Janessa Futrell of Dayton, OH, Jocelyn Piper (Dan) of Burke, VA, Jeremiah Futrell (Dori) of Trinity, NC, Ben Futrell (Sarah) of Charlotte, NC, Andrew Futrell of Garner, NC, Adam Meyer of Kernersville, NC and Joshua Meyer of Lexington, NC.; and her great grandchildren, Jacob, Daniel, Henry, Adaera, Grace, David, Tate, Jedidiah and Isabella.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Auxter Funeral Home (218 S Main St, Clyde, OH 43410). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Mitchell-Auxter Funeral Homes (218 S Main St, Clyde, OH 43410). A burial will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at the McPherson Cemetery.
