He is survived by: his spouses, Beverly Maack and Beverly Kuieck; his children, Todd Kuieck (Kimberly) of Republic, OH, Stacey Lemmermann (Mark) and Troy Kuieck (Brenda); his sister Nancy Kious (Rick) of Caledonia, MI; his grandchildren, Thomas Kuieck, Johnathan Kuieck (Amanda), Daniel Kuieck, Alyssa Millis, Nicholas Lemmermann, Christian Lemmermann, Mackenzie Kuieck, Madeleine Kuieck and Marshall Kuieck; and his great grandchildren, April Hussell and Chloe Kuieck.
