She is survived by: her children, John Perry, Jr. (Teri) of Clyde, OH, Dawn Perry of Clyde, OH and Chuck Perry (Brenda); and her grandchildren, Tim Perry, Melodee Milleson, Jenifer McMaster, Amanda Alley, Samantha Judkins, Nikki Randell, Serenity Perry, Christina Stiger and Kelby Fotenhauer.
Social distancing will be observed throughout all services with wait times taking place outdoors.
