He is survived by: his wife Janice Crooks (Patton); his daughters, Abbey Crooks-Babu (Seilesh) of Novi, MI, Erin Crooks-Martin (Rick) of Blacklick, OH and Lauren Parriott (Christopher) of Findlay, OH; his grandchildren, Samuel Crooks, Kavan, Kethan, Karun, Kareena Babu, Owen and Simon Parriott; and his siblings, Timothy Crooks (Marie) of Clyde, Pete Crooks (Sandy) of Green Springs, OH, Susie Crooks-Dixon of Vermilion, OH and Rebecca Crooks-Endres of Ft. Thomas, KY..
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Foos Funeral Home and Cremation Service (504 E McPherson Hwy, Clyde, OH 43410). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
