She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Swiney and Mary Swiney (Mullins); her husband Arvil "Whitey" Howard; her son Ronald Clevinger; and her siblings, Clinton, Clifford, Spencer, Donnie Swiney and Ota Woods.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Clevinger (Kim) of Republic, OH and Tammy McFellin of Tampa, FL; her grandchildren, Amanda Wiseman (Corey), Eric Clevinger, John McFellin, Joshua McFellin (Emily), Jocelyn McFellin and John Michael Clevinger (Taylor); and her siblings, Dallas Swiney (Mary Catherine) of Galax, VA, Terry Swiney (Barb) of Grundy, VA, Marvin Swiney (Lena) of Clintwood, VA and Wanda Keene (Willy) of Lebanon, VA.. She is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Foos Funeral Home and Cremation Service (504 E McPherson Hwy, Clyde, OH 43410). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at the McPherson Cemetery (500 E McPherson Hwy, Clyde, OH 43410).
